Administration Clerk: Strategic Management Support

**Job Purpose**:
Provincial Treasury, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a self-motivated and competent individual to provide administrative support in respect of strategic processes and engagements. This post is based in Cape Town, CBD.

**Minimum Requirements**: Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification).
**Recommendation**:
Administrative experience providing support towards strategic, planning and monitoring processes.

**Key Performance Areas**:
Provide the following: Administrative office and logístical support; Administering of Annual Performance Plan (APP); Administering of SOP for data management and system description; Assist in the departmental batho pele initiatives; Administering of PT operational plan; Coordination of the establishment of the departmental evaluation system; Compilation of the quarterly performance report and annual report.

**Competencies**:
Knowledge of relevant systems; Application of relevant legislation; Skills needed: Computer; Analytical and strategic thinking; Problem solving; Negotiating; Research; Communications (written and verbal); Interpersonal; Organising and planning; Administrative skills.

**Remuneration**:
R 176 310 per annum (Salary level 5)
