**Role Summary**:
**Location**:
As this is a remote role, we will consider applicants from all over South Africa as you will be comfortably set up to work from anywhere in the country. However, in-office working is available to applicants as needed.

**Role Responsibilities and Functions**:

- Leads team of internal and external resources as required.
- Consult with management and review project proposals to determine goals, time frames, budgetary requirements, processes, and procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allocation of resources.
- Act as liaison between external and internal stakeholders for customer implementation projects and perform analysis supporting the strategies and objectives of iWMS and customer’s business line.
- Create project plans and manage their execution while maintaining day-to-day knowledge of project status.
- Actively manage resourcing to effectively resolve identified issues and to meet timelines for customer project deliverables.
- Be diverse and integrate tasks between multiple platforms and team members.
- Execution of multiple projects leading multiple project-teams
- Drive effective communication and collaboration and commitment across teams, and regions.
- Communicate internally/externally progression of project with a method that targets key milestones.
- Ensure proper level of documentation is delivered with each project.
- Ability to identify, mitigate and manage risk against project schedules and budgets.
- Complex projects at a global spectrum.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably in the Supply Chain & Logistics environment, Distribution Centre, Warehouse, or Retail.
- Experience managing multiple large projects.
- Experience in business change initiatives preferred.
- Understanding of enterprise software, software development lifecycle, networks, hardware, material handling equipment, and project management tools
- Strong written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, and analytical problem-solving skills
- Energetic, curious, hardworking, and enthusiastic
- PMP certification would be an added advantage.
- Preference of driving projects from the AIM Methodology
- Able to work productively and autonomously from a remote location.
- Fluent in English
