**Job Position: Deputy Plant Controller - automotive industry**

**Location: Pretoria**
**Salary: R60 000 per month commensurate with experience and qualification**

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- Finance Degree
- Minimum 3 years industrial experience
- Computer literate and good knowledge of IT systems (SAP required)
- Strong teamwork
- Good communication skills

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Ensure compliance to all financial procedures:

- Develop, execute and control internal finance procedures including spending authorization in accordance with company policies
- Ensure site activities are compliant with company finance-related procedures (product flow, inventory, routings) and internal control basics
- Provide reliable financial / controlling information:

- Participate in financial forecasting processes, providing data for budget, periodic forecasts
- Collect and manage data consolidation and reporting, ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency and delay compliance
- Update information into the ERP system
- Ensure reliability of standard costing / Inventory control
- Contribute to controlling analysis (variance analysis/standard costs, margin/programs, budgetary control)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain/provide proper finance information
- Contribute to the control and management of the company’s operating cashflow (capex, inventories, overdues)

**Salary**: Up to R60,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelors (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Finance Degree: 4 years (preferred)
- automotive manufacturing: 5 years (preferred)
- financial forecasting processes: 4 years (preferred)
- Collect and manage data consolidation and reporting: 4 years (preferred)
- Update information into the ERP system: 4 years (preferred)
