Duties/Pligte

The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

- Managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn and other emerging digital platforms);
- Developing, launching and managing digital student recruitment campaigns such as Paid Per Click campaigns;
- Using knowledge of search engine optimisation (SEO) and content development to create original digital content that will help the Faculty to ensure a high level of visibility and awareness of its programme offering;
- Collaborating and assisting with marketing/promotional campaigns for the Faculty and itsprogrammes;
- Writing, editing and distributing content such as articles, reports and newsletters;
- Assisting with e-communication;
- Website management and content creation;
- Conducting market research in relation to the Faculty's programme offering.

Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
- An appropriate three year diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field;
- Knowledge of higher education student recruitment processes;
- At least three years' experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media marketing and/or advertising (video, audio, written);
- Knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign;
- A clear knowledge of social media platforms and marketing and communication processes;
- Knowledge of and experience in search engine optimisation (SEO) and marketing automation technology;
- Proven market and marketing research skills and experience;
- Strong communication, writing and presentation skills;
- A valid driver's licence;
- Willingness to work outside normal working hours, as and when required.
