**The Role**

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years experience recruiting technical talent within the software development space
- Previous experience in internal IT recruitment preferable
- Experienced in full-cycle recruitment and headhunting
- Knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools including internal ATS CV databases, deep-web Boolean searching, tapping through engineering / business social networks and other unique methods
- Ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks
- Ability to effectively manage time in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
- Excellent admin, communication and statistics reporting skills
- Detail oriented

**Responsibilities**:

- As a talent consultant
- Working closely with recruitment agencies and other service providers
- Working closely with hiring managers in identifying staffing needs
- Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, technical challenges and interviews
- As a grad master
- Working closely with marketing team to ideate and initiate innovative ways to engage with and approach students
- Assisting with event co-ordination and management for intern, bursar and graduate days
- Reporting on various programmes and liaising with relevant stakeholders within the business
