Job Summary:
The Debt Review Administrator is responsible for managing the debt review process from assessment to legal handover. This includes assessing over-indebtedness, liaising with credit providers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring clear communication with clients throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Over-Indebtedness Assessments:
Review and analyze clients’ financial information to determine whether they meet the criteria for over-indebtedness.
- Form 17.2 Notifications:
Send the appropriate Form 17.2(a or b) to all relevant credit providers based on the assessment results, in line with National Credit Act requirements.
- Proposal Submission and Negotiation:
Draft and submit proposals to credit providers requesting revised repayment terms, including interest rate reductions and extended payment periods.
- Query Management:
Respond promptly and professionally to all client and credit provider inquiries, ensuring high levels of service and resolution of issues.
- Client Communication:

- File Management and Legal Preparation:
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed before handing the matter over to the legal department for further processing.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Knowledge of the National Credit Act and debt review process
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and debt review software (finewise, Idocs and Simplicity )

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From R9 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Debit review admin : 2 years (preferred)
- Debit review : 1 year (required)
