We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Rep Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. This role requires an individual with strong business development skills, the ability to cultivate lasting client relationships, and a passion for consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets within the Spaza Store sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage a team of Sales Representatives to drive revenue growth and ensure sales targets are consistently met.
- Develop strategic sales plans to expand market share within the Spaza store sector.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing guidance and training to enhance team productivity.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement and oversee marketing and promotional activities within the assigned region.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Essential**:

- A minimum of two years of experience in a sales management role.
- Proven success in consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions

**Preferred**:

- Experience working in the FMCG sector.
- Familiarity with Spaza store operations and informal retail environments.

**Competitive Salary Structure**:
R18,000 gross salary, comprised of:

- Basic salary: R10,000
- Fuel allowance: R8,000
- Performance-based incentives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Graduate

Pay: R16 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month
