**Responsibilities**:
**Proposal Writing**: Craft compelling and well-structured proposals that effectively communicate our services and engage potential clients.

**Client Engagement**: Proactively reach out to clients, nurture relationships, and provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.

**Task Management**: Prioritize and manage tasks to ensure their timely completion, employing strategies to mitigate challenges, breaking down complex tasks into smaller actionable steps.

**Service Provider Identification**: Conduct thorough research to identify reliable service providers, evaluating their suitability for projects, and managing partnerships.

**Project Management**: Oversee the execution of projects from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless implementation.

**Budget Oversight**: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and maintain accurate financial records, leveraging tools and techniques that enhance budget management

**Process Improvement**: Continuously seek opportunities to optimize operational processes, streamline workflows, and implement strategies that maximize efficiency and support neurodiverse individuals.

**Reporting and Documentation**: Prepare regular reports on project status, budget utilization, and key performance indicators, ensuring clear and concise documentation of processes and outcomes.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field, with a focus on optimizing workflows and managing tasks efficiently.

**Strong Executive Functioning**: Exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to different stakeholders.

**Project Management**: Proven experience in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget, with a focus on managing potential challenges associated with managing remote stakeholders, some of which are based globally

**Financial Acumen**: Basic understanding of budget management, cost control, and financial analysis, with the ability to optimize financial resources.

**Relationship Building**: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, service providers, and internal teams.

**Tech Proficiency**: Proficient in project management tools, productivity software, and Microsoft Office suite, with a willingness to adopt technology that supports organizational and time management skills. Strong Powerpoint.

**Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
