**The purpose of this role is**:

- To manage debtors with appropriate reporting, ensuring timely payments are made, processing Agent invoices, reconciling invoices/statements and resolving account queries.

**What you will do:

- **
- Debt collections
- Improve and implement processes for debt collections on overdue accounts
- Documenting and managing sales and purchase invoices
- Liaising the investigating cases with various departments
- Processing purchase invoices
- Allocating invoices to specific records
- Weekly reports and monthly reconciliations
- Working to deadlines as required
- Be an advocate for the company

**What you will bring:

You will have five to six years’ experience, inclusive of accounts receivable. In addition, you will be accustomed to a diverse ledger which is your own, and account management.

Desirable skills include strong communication between your customers and colleagues, a good head for numbers and attention to detail. Advantageous but not essential skills would include knowledge of SAP and international credit control.
