**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain spectrometer equipment to perform precise material analysis.
- Analyze and interpret metallurgical data to ensure materials meet required specifications.
- Prepare samples for testing and calibrate spectrometry equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with production teams to monitor and control metal composition in the induction furnace process.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and provide detailed reports to the quality control team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in coordination with the maintenance team.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols in material testing.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of metallurgical processes and material quality.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operating spectrometers in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Solid understanding of metallurgy principles and alloy compositions.
- Familiarity with working in **induction furnace environments** is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data accurately.
- Proficiency in using relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a high-temperature or steel manufacturing environment.
- Additional certifications in spectrometry or quality assurance.
