Your Next Career Opportunity - Site Acquisition Specialist II
This position is responsible for site acquisition in a specific region and reports to the Site Acquisition Manager.
What You Will Do - Primary Responsibilities
- Ground Lease Agreements: Management of review process flow; manage dissemination of lease queries to Site Acquisition and Legal; manage review process to ensure practical resolutions; quality assurance and validity checks; ensuring low base rents; arrange queries and amendments from Legal and landlords.
- Site Identification: Identification of MNO high rank areas; finding good nominals and assessing consultant nominals within these areas; due diligence completion, assessment and quality of consultant due diligence; determining of site is permittable (tower design, correct zoning, etc.) and constructible (sufficient space, power availability, etc.).
- Permitting and Consultant Management: Ensuring stream of Permitted RTB sites are maintained; quality assurance and validity checks; management of full process; consultant management and quality assurance; facilitating landlord contentment.
- Ensure the integrity of the data captured in Regional Tracker.
- Take ownership of the regional property database to ensure that all required property data fields are accurate and up to date.
- Manage good regional housekeeping with regards to filling and paperwork being accurate, complete and up to date.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need - Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual in English/Afrikaans
- Bachelor's Degree degree in Town Planning or related field of study;
- and 3-5 years 2+ years’ experience in telecommunications or property industry required.
