**Job Advert**:
Responsible for supply management, the optimal fulfillment of the supply plan as per the business strategy and business integration across stakeholders. Responsible for the delivery of supply chain processes and policies to ensure supply chain activities are aligned to and supportive of the company’s merchandise objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Supply Chain and/or Industrial Engineering

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- Understands the retail operations and DC processes and procedures.
- Understand the inner workings and product strategies and philosophies of the retail business environment
- Possess problem solving and conflict management skills
- Has thorough understanding of retail cycles and buying, sourcing, and planning processes
- Developed Supply Chain processes in retail environment (Logistics and DC methodologies)
- Effective networking and relationship building with external Supply Chain stakeholders through influencing and collaboration

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and maintain supplier management framework in line with supplier strategy, planning, buying and supply chain requirements
- Develop Ackermans network strategy (facilities) to cater for growth requirements
- Build a rolling inflow supply chain view to support strategic and tactical planning
- Develop and define end

- end supply chain processes to optimize product flow through the supply chain, whilst aligning to and supporting merchandise objectives
- Search for optimization/efficiency and leverage opportunities for continuous improvement
- Regular engagement with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of supply chain activities to business objectives
- Develop and maintain a reporting system to ensure visibility of critical events and enable exception management and end-to-end costing analysis across supply chain component
- Transport management, including service level management, efficiency improvements, budgeting and reporting.
