**Responsibilities** Commercial - Net Revenue and Selling**
- Responsible for ensuring accuracy of financial records and related disclosures
- Independent evaluation of recorded Revenue, Discounts & Allowances and Selling against PepsiCo Revenue Recognition Policy
- Managing monthly sales cut-off process and related financial adjustments
- Application of PepsiCo Curving methodology and monthly calculation
- Managing monthly Net Revenue financial adjustments stemming from PepsiCo policy requirements i.e. Financial reserves for stock returns and pricing errors
- Review of monthly fixed rebates accrual calculation and related policy governance
- Monitoring and reconciling revenue between interfaced systems (SAP, NewsPage & MS Power Apps)
- Accountability for monthly GL Reconciliations and Balance Sheet Review
- Co-ordination and execution of sector reporting submission requirements
- Ongoing review and refinement of rebate accrual balances against contractual commitments and trading terms through collaboration with Key Account Managers and Shared Service Centre to optimize P&L impact
- Development, execution and presentation of control-led Net Revenue and Selling KPIs and analytics to support business partnering and value add agenda
- Ongoing identification of potential risks and opportunities through deep dive reviews and escalation to Control and Commercial management
- Drive GCS control execution and remediation for respective controls within Net Revenue and Selling (owned controls and Commercial owned control support), including independent testing
- Responsible for development of training material and facilitation of training sessions for Commercial stakeholders centered around PepsiCo Revenue Recognition and Marketplace Spend Policy
- Support the delivery of Net Revenue and Selling related change plans to ensure in line with PepsiCo governance requirements
- Continuous evaluation of Net Revenue and Selling related processes to drive harmonization, efficiency and effectiveness of processes

**Business Partnering / Stakeholder Management**
- Collaborate and foster relationships with key Commercial stakeholders across the SA Cluster to drive business objectives
- Control support for day to day activities across the Commercial function

**Qualifications**
- Financial Accounting Qualification (B.Com or equivalent) with professional designation CA / CIMA preferred
- 5 - 8 years finance management experience (Retail or FMCG exposure advantageous)
- People management experience
- Sound knowledge and experience in FMCG process development and execution
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) and ability to interact with senior management
- Business Partnering and Value add Mindset
- Understanding of IFRS and US GAAP regulations
- Manage complex data sets to derive analytics at an appropriate level of detail, ensuring accurate output
- Ability to self-manage in a complex and matrix environment with a problem solving mindset
- Computer literate i.e. advanced Excel, SAP, MS Power Apps and NewsPage
