**Job Title: Content Development Specialist/Research Associate (internship)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:
1. Assist in writing articles.

2. Contribute to book writing projects (research, outlining, drafting)

3. Develop engaging training program materials (manuals, workbooks, slides)

4. Craft compelling keynote speeches and presentation scripts

**Research and Analysis**:
1. Conduct in-depth research on various topics (industry trends, market analysis, best practices)

2. Analyze data and information to identify key insights and themes

3. Verify facts and sources for accuracy and credibility

**Project Management**

2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and deliverables

3. Ensure consistency and quality across all content and materials

**Training and Development**

1. Assist in designing and developing training programs (curriculum, agendas, materials)

2. Collaborate with trainers and facilitators to ensure effective delivery

**Additional Responsibilities**

1. Provide editorial support (proofreading, editing) for various content types

2. Develop and maintain a library of research resources and references

3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field

2. 1+ years of experience in content development, research, or writing

3. Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills

4. Strong project management and organizational abilities

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and research tools

**Desirable Skills**:
1. Experience with business and personal learning principles and instructional design

2. Familiarity with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva)

3. Certification in research or content development (e.g., Certified Research Administrator)
