Export/audit Clerk

**Hoedspruit Area - Limpopo**: Our client is looking for an Export/Audit clerk to join the team.

***MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Relevant tertiary qualification preferably in Logistics
- A minimum of 8 years of experience within the fruit export and/or import industry.
- Excellent computer literacy, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Global Standard or Food Safety, BRCGS and Global Gap Qualification certification and Experience
- Internal Auditing Training and experience
- Knowledge of fruit export documentation.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, exceptional attention to detail, and able to take initiative
- Valid drivers license

**DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Packhouse Coordination:

- Engage with packhouse management to ensure compliance with packaging standards and timelines.
- Oversee the packing process to ensure fruits are packed correctly and efficiently.
- Shipping and Logistics:

- Coordinate with logistics companies and freight forwarders to arrange transportation.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective shipping of packed fruits to international markets.
- Monitor the shipping process to ensure fruits are delivered in optimal condition.
- Shipping Documentation
- Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and export declarations.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
- Liaise with customs officials and regulatory bodies as needed
