**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Onboarding Executive to join our team **temporarily** at Moove. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth onboarding of new drivers, maintaining compliance with necessary documentation, and driving sales through proactive customer engagement.

**What You’ll be Doing**
- Uploading of documents for Operating licenses, Double Discs and Insurance Certificates on the Uber portal.
- Cold-calling customer leads
- Documents compliance/Audits
- Help with the onboarding of new drivers where necessary.
- Project managing the entire process and report of progress.

**What You will need for this position**
- 2 - 5 years Customer support experience
- Valid Driver’s licence
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate in Microsoft and Google Suite
- Good Communication skills
- Excellent **EXCEL**skills
- 1 - 2 years experience in data entry
- Good interpersonal skills

**Key Metrics**
- 100% submission to the UBER CRM.

**Who You'll Be Working with**:
Directly reporting to our Sales and Onboarding Supervisor, and closely working with our Operations Team.
