**Purpose of the Job**: To manage the plant operations through co-ordinating relevant functions and managing staff and to ensure efficient business operations in a safe and compliant manner **Who you are**: - 2 years experience in a Supervisory role - Experience in Inventory/ Asset Management - Knowledge of HSEQ Standards and Compliance - SAP knowledge and experience **What you have done before**: - NQF Level 6 (Diploma in Mechanical Eng/ Operations/ Logistics) - 5 years experience in Depot Operations/Plant Maintenance environment - Experience in a Petrochemical Planning environment **What you'll be doing**: Dispatch Planning - Optimize tankage - Effective transport planning and utilization - Keep backlog to a minimum, Inventory Management" - Perform weekly stock count Budget Administration - Maintenance Planning & Scheduling - Maintenance Execution - Contractor Management - Management of Change - HSEQ Compliance Coordination - Operational control - Product Quality Management - Inventory Management" **Exciting Challenges**: - Acting as 2nd in charge when Terminal Manager is not around - Working idependently to ensure Plant Maintenance - Daily meeting with Solvents staff for HSE and planning - Communication with transporters **Additional Information**: Band: FH Location: Witbank **Job Advert Closing Date**: All job adverts close five days after date posted **Engen’s approved Employment Equity plans and targets will be considered as part of the recruitment process.** **Important Information**: - The appointment will be made in line with Engen's Employment Equity Strategy. - Engen reserves the right not to make an appointment. **Job Segment**:Manager, Management
