**Job Purpose**
- The Department of the Premier, Western Cape Government seeks to employ a Talent Sourcing Official to administer the Recruitment and Selection processes, as well as to provide a recruitment and selection consultancy service to client departments which include Senior Management. The successful incumbent must be willing travel when required.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Appropriate 3-year National Diploma majoring in HRM or a B-Degree in Industrial Psychology; A minimum of 3 years experience in a Recruitment and Selection environment; A valid (Code B or higher) driving licence. NB: People with disabilities that restrict driving abilities, but who have reasonable access to transport, may also apply.
