Looking for a MICE Coordinator for a Destination Management Company in Cape Town to effectively quote, manage and execute all meetings, incentives and events in Southern Africa

**Experience**:
5 years plus experience handling inbound meeting, incentive, conference and event bookings into Southern Africa

Excellent knowledge of Southern Africa destinations

MS Office

Tourplan

Experience working an inbound tour company/destination management company

**Duties**:
Prepare customized proposals

Quoting of correct costing in Excel and Tourplan

Implement ground arrangements & domestic / regional reservations

Negotiate with relevant suppliers for special rates

Management of financials pertaining to the event

Keep an up-to-date list of additional freelance staff for events

Onsite management of actual event including

Compile detailed cost analysis and final invoicing

Keeping updated suppliers lists and contact details

Travel nationally / regionally if required
