In this role, you will work closely with senior management to support the day-to-day operations of our facilities while gaining exposure to asset management practices. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a background in business administration, finance, or a related field to kickstart a career in an integrated facility and asset management role.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Facility Operations Support**:

- Assist in overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment.
- Coordinate with maintenance and support staff to address facility-related issues promptly.
- **Asset Management Exposure**:

- Support the tracking and documentation of asset performance metrics.
- **Financial Support**:

- Assist in budgeting and financial management activities related to facility operations and asset portfolios.
- Participate in financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Engage in regular communication with internal teams and external vendors.
- Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth operations.
- **Analysis and Reporting**:

- Conduct basic analyses of facility and asset performance.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports summarizing key operational and financial metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work experience in the related fields will be a bonus but is not a requirement, training will be provided.
- Basic knowledge of facility or asset management practices is a bonus; however, training will be provided.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Computer literate.
- Valid driver's license.
- Own transport.

**Remuneration**:Market related.
