- Our client in the Telecommunications industry has an opportunity available for a Senior Specialist: Business Partner Relations to be based in the Johannesburg area.
- Requirements:

- 3-year Degree/Diploma in Commerce, Business Management or related
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialisation
- At least 1 year business analysis or business process improvement experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Flexibility - the ability to adapt and change in the light of changing circumstances
- Ability to work with deadlines in a deadline-driven environment

KPAs:

- Content Management
- Define and monitor the execution of processes and procedures for efficient execution of duties in the customer acquisition department
- Ensure that workflow continues without interruption
- Perform ongoing business analysis for new systems, processes and policies
- Provide input into business requirement specifications for the improvement of IT systems
- Reporting
- Input into the development of systems and processes to continuously identify quality constraints and improve on re-occurring problems
