Pa to Sales Director, Creditors

**Job Vacancy: PA to Sales Director, Creditors & Stock Control**

**Location**: Brackenfell Industrial
**Start Date**: ASAP

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creditors & Stock Control Clerk to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process creditors, monthly and daily cash purchases
- Reconcile general ledger accounts
- Maintain accurate filing systems
- Communicate with suppliers regarding account discrepancies
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Other duties as required by the accounting department
- Stock control, typing quotes, assist sales director with client communication, job scheduling, dairy management and general admin duties

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage Pastel Partner, etc.)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brackenfell, Western Cape 7560: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)
- Accounts Management: 1 year (required)

Work Location: In person
