**Responsibilities**:
Assist senior sales agents in achieving sales targets
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
Build and maintain relationships with customers, offering personalized product recommendations and promotions
Utilise sales techniques and product knowledge to drive sales and meet individual performance targets
Participate in sales meetings and trainings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive work environment
**Requirements**:
NQF 4 equivalent, matric certificate or higher
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Basic knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
