**What you will enjoy doing**
- As a Business Manager you will develop competitive strategies for business growth and sustainability in the identified business areas of LPG and manage the successful implementation of the strategies in Afrox
- You will manage the profitability and product development issues for the relevant business area
- Moreover, development of pricing strategies and policies will be a part of your role
- Developing and managing the successful implementation of competitive strategies for business growth and sustainability, to maintain current business, grow market share, increase profitability, and overcome competitor strategies will be high on your agenda
- You will be managing product development and costing and ensure product quality is always maintained
- Liaising and forward planning with supply chain, distribution, planning and production areas to ensure operational effectiveness to service the market will be a part of your tasks

**What makes you great**
- You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial or Engineering
- You have a postgraduate Qualification
- Furthermore, you have 5-8 years relevant experience
- You worked at Senior Management level for at least 3 years
- In addition, you have industry knowledge and understanding of alternate energy sources
- Lastly, you possess proven track record in business development and strategy delivery
