**Debt and Equity**
- ** debt agreements**:

- ** bond and corporate paper issuances**:

- ** managing of security structures**:

- ** refinancing of existing debt**:

- ** equity structures**

**Disposals, Acquisitions, Developments, Leasing**
- ** Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating property disposal agreements and overseeing the conveying function.**:

- ** Drafting JV Agreements**:

- ** Build environment contracts, such as JBCC agreements, PROCSAs etc**:

- ** Overseeing complex agreements**

**M&A**
- ** Work with various internal and external teams during M&A on all legal aspects from start to implementation.**:

- ** Renewable energy agreements**:

- ** Corporate restructures**

**Compliance**
- ** Advising the board on compliance with all relevant legislation**
