Our client, a premier real estate developer, seeks an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to manage financial operations and propel financial strategy and growth. Integral to strategic decision-making, the CFO will be crucial in financial planning and analysis to support the company's goals.

This role requires expertise in investment or corporate finance (banking). The responsibilities encompass overseeing the financial aspects of student accommodation development project, including the development of financial models to project returns and strategizing to maximize asset value.

As a member of the fund's board and committee, the CFO will have opportunities to engage with investors and contribute significantly to successful fundraising efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies and policies for the real estate firm.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Serve on company board and committee.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the real estate industry.
- Solid knowledge of real estate finance, investment analysis, and property valuation.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
