**Wine & Tourism Marketing Manager**

We provide unparalleled sustainable tourism experiences, ranging from aerial whale watching to unique wine tastings. As we continue to increase our presence in the wine and tourism sector, we are seeking a dedicated Wine & Tourism Marketing Manager to lead our efforts. This individual will breathe life into our vision, ensuring every offering - from our luxury villas to our enchanting vineyard safaris - resonates with our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Marketing Development**:

- Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, emphasizing our distinct wine and tourism offerings.
- Understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to shape marketing decisions.
- **Digital & Traditional Campaigns**:

- Oversee the creation of engaging content, both digital and print, to highlight our diverse experiences such as wine tastings, pontoon boat rides, and the Moody Lagoon restaurant.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring a strong ROI.
- **Luxury Villas Promotion**:

- Curate and implement marketing campaigns tailored to our luxury villas, accentuating their exclusivity and charm.
- Collaborate with travel agencies, influencers, and media outlets to boost villa bookings.
- **Event Marketing**:

- Promote and market our events, weddings, and the adventure golf & splash facility to maximize attendance and ensure memorable experiences.
- Partner with event planners, bridal magazines, and family-oriented platforms to increase our reach.
- **Collaboration & Partnership Development**:

- Work closely with internal teams, such as those managing the helicopter trips, pontoon boat rides, and cellar experiences, ensuring a cohesive marketing approach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with tourism boards, local businesses, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance our visibility.
- **Budget Management**:

- Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring every cent is well spent.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism, or related field. A background in wines or viticulture is highly advantageous.
- Proven experience in the wine and/or tourism marketing sector.
- A deep understanding of digital marketing tools, trends, and platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A creative mind that can capture the essence of Benguela Cove and translate it into compelling campaigns.
