East Rand Bulk, an accredited fuel transportation company is currently seeking an experienced, vibrant, and energetic individual to join our team as a Senior HR & Payroll Clerk.

**Main purpose of this position**:

- Must possess a Degree/Diploma/tertiary equivalent HR qualification is a necessity.
- Must be able to Ensure compliance with all payroll-related laws and regulations, including tax and benefits administration.
- Must perform regular audits and reviews of payroll data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and totality
- Must have good knowledge and be competent in terms of recruitment and selection processes, from “Cradle to Grave” or in other words, be actively involved and responsible for recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Must support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Strong knowledge of the Employment Equity Act and compliance in terms of annual submissions and reporting.
- Must have good reconciliation and query handling skills.
- Computer literacy is a necessity.
- Must have at least 5 years minimum experience in a similar position.
- Must be professional and have a sense of pride in his/her work.
- Must be a “Peoples person”
- Any Accounting or bookkeeping experience would be an added advantage.
