Supplier Co-ordinator

**Job Advert**: Our Central Buying Team is looking for a proactive, resilient, hard-working and detail-orientated individual, who can assist in proactively highlight deviations in the critical path from tender process all the way through to handover delivery. This well-structured, focused team needs someone that is dedicated and can perform in a pressured, fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:
Essential:

- A Grade 12 Certificate/Matric

Preferred:

- A relevant qualification in Retail, Administration, Fashion Design I Clothing Production I Product Development I Merchandising, or a related field

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
KNOWELDGE OF:

- An understanding of the Clothing Retail Cycle & Buying process

Preferred:

- An understanding of relevant in-house buying systems and related processes
- Knowledge of relevant/current suppliers

Reliable Experience:

- Previous experience in an Administrative or Buyer’s Assistant role within a retail/buying environment.

- Communicate deviations to relevant stakeholders
