**Supply Chain Executive FMCG Manufacturing JHB**

Our Client is a leading FMCG manufacturer

They are looking for a Supply Chain Executive who will assume responsibility for daily operations and to manage all aspects of the organizations supply chain and operations across business-lines. The focus will be on overall responsibility for the supply chain which includes all operations including Production, Distribution and Workshop. The Distribution function covers logistics (inbound and outbound) and both primary and secondary logistics for all channels including on and offpremise.

Key deliverables include:

- Responsible for overall strategy and execution of supply-chain management function
- Relationship builder with internal and external stakeholders across supply chain
- Develops, supports and monitors departmental objectives towards achieving the Company Strategy
- Manages quarterly Key Focus Areas for Supply Team
- Implements and sustains a production planning system to ensure on time and in full delivery to customers

To qualify for this role, you will need:

- A relevant Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing) or equivalent,
- Technical Proficiency or working knowledge of Manufacturing, Retail or Supply chain distribution systems
- 10 years of supply chain experience in a management / leadership role in an FMCG business including both production and logistics experience
- Successful design and implementation of Supply Chain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Stock Management
- Production Management
- Health and Safety Management
- Routine Maintenance
- Process Improvement
- Management of cost budget of R 100 million in Opex and Procurement
- Quality systems
- Regulatory compliance

Advantageous would be
- Integral knowledge of an ERP system
- Logistics platform experience
- Start-up and entrepreneurial
- Understand juice or beverage industry
