As a Senior License Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting our customers and partners with the licensing of innovative technologies. You will provide support to our partners in dealing with all aspects of licensing, from sales through implementation, maintenance and follow-up services. You must have excellent communication skills, a keen interest in technology trends and an understanding of how license transactions are managed.

**Requirements
- Managing Microsoft contracts agreement for Enterprise agreements.
- Responsible for ensuring renewals occur within time and prior to expiration of existing contracts.
- Responsible to creating Microsoft new contracts and renewal contracts on e-Agreement tool.
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing quotation and make sure customer is invoiced correctly.
- Recommend the correct agreement based on customer environment i.e MPSA, CSP or EA.
- Advising customers on licensing solutions, ensuring compliance when using Microsoft Software.
- Responsible for processing True up on time, Annual Billings and Zero True up.
- Responsible for Call logging tool for customers should they have enquired.
- Recommend alternate products based on cost and correct licensing models.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout all licensing activities and interfaces.

**Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field required.
- 4-6+ years of experience selling Microsoft licensing solutions.
- Understanding of all Microsoft corporate licensing solutions.
- Successful completion of a sales training program preferer.
