Market Making Load daily BDA balances for ETF Market Making and Single Stock Futures businesses into database (db) Run reconciliations between the trades and positions db and follow up reconciling items Assist with loading of creations and redemptions of ETFs into BDA Assist with daily BDA allocations Assist with daily settlements, both local and foreign equities and local listed derivatives Assist with daily Scrip Lending bookings

**Collateralised Lending SPW Equity Backed Finance**: Update DBs with the daily BI Reports Assistance on NeoLend
General Assist with inputs for board reports or any other committee reports as required General assistance in the operations and middle office areas What will make you successful in this role? Working knowledge of BDA Working knowledge of ETFs and Market Making Attention to detail A passion for financial markets Flexible and proactive approach Qualification and experience Qualifications in finance, banking, management and other relative majors Minimum of three - five years working within the South African financial markets Experience in the banking industry Knowledge and skills Ability to communicate ideas succinctly and have both excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Queries, etc.) Excellent attention to detail A high level of drive and commercial acumen, coupled with a readiness to make quick decisions and take responsibility while working in a close team Personal qualities Strong numerical orientation Highly organized with a high level of client focus Accurate and detail orientated Critical and analytical capability Adaptability to changing environment Ability to perform well under pressure and show maturity, confidence and resilience Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills Pro-Active approach to work, clients, problem solving Learning agility and curiosity Assertive Passionate ownership for results Build a successful career with us
