**Main purpose of the role**
- To manage the staff, clients and deliverables of the branch ensuring that it is aligned with the overall objectives of the organization and the resources are fully utilized to ensure optimal delivery of services to our clients.

**Tertiary Qualification(s) - Advantage**

**Computer Literacy Level - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook**
- Intermediate

**Job Related Requirements**
- Operational, HR and IR skills are essential
- 5 years experience in the logistics or courier environment
- 5 years previous business and or operational management experience
- Excellent admin skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff
- Ability to do MS Excel Spreadsheets with Pivot tables, charts, and formulas
- Comprehensive knowledge of the LRA and BCEA and hands on experience in IR
- Must have a valid, unendorsed Code 8 drivers’ licence
- Must have own reliable transport
- Be able to work overtime/shifts should it be needed
- Flexible to travel

- Experience in quality improvement initiatives/methodologies (such as Six Sigma, Lean and TQM)
