**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ability to work under pressure to prioritise briefs according to deadlines.
- Receive creative direction from the Studio Team to ensure images are following the creative vision.
- Produce and maintain high-quality imagery within the set timeframe according to company retouching guidelines.
- Suggest ways to constantly improve the workflow and be proactive about helping the Creative Team.
- Demonstrating excellent brand awareness, researching ideas, and assessing competition when required to ensure we are market leaders.
- Ensuring our digital photography archive is up to date and organized according to strict conventions.

**Technical Skillsets**:

- Proficient knowledge of Capture One, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Bridge, and MacOS ecosystem.
- Knowledge of Google Suite will be advantageous.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in product retouching.
- Previous experience working within a digital photographic studio would be advantageous.
- Colour correction skills to ensure consistency across all images per product.
- Knowledge of processing of digital images.
- Basic knowledge of product and lifestyle photography advantageous.
