HR Administrator

Responsible for ensuring that the HR administrative function supporting onboarding, cross boarding and offboarding are performed according to standard on different systems used.

**Experience**
- A minimum of 2 years in an administrative environment
- Proven experience of MS Office package.
- Knowledge and experience of Sage 300 (PEOPLE) will serve as recommendation.

**Qualifications required**
- Grade 12 or NQF Equivalent.
- Formal Microsoft Training Certificate.
- An HR-related certificate/ qualification will be a definite advantage.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Assist in the verification process through relevant system after interview process.
- Responsible for kickoff process with onboarding on new employees.
- Responsible for checks and controls on onboarding documentation.
- Assist with the accurate creation of employee profiles on internal Payroll system.
- Responsible for electronic archiving off all cross-boarding documentation.
- Electronic distribution, collection and archiving of offboarding documentation.

**Skills**
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within agreed time-lines.
- Able to maintain integrity within an HR environment essential.
- Ability to work in a pressurized and time-critical environment.
- Able to work as part of a team & values self-development.
- Being conversant with the vernacular spoken in the VKB Group will be an advantage.
