**Vacancy: Telesales Representative - Pharmaceutical Company**

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales? Do you thrive in a dynamic and goal-oriented environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Telesales Representative at our renowned pharmaceutical company. We are seeking driven, ambitious individuals who are motivated by financial rewards and have a minimum of 1 year of sales or call-centre experience.

***Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our pharmaceutical products and services.
- Effectively communicate product information and benefits to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis through persistent and persuasive selling techniques.
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.

***Requirements**:

- Must have obtained Matric Certificate or higher
- Must be bilingual (English & 1 other South African language)
- Minimum of 1 year of sales or call-centre experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and establish credibility with potential customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Resilient and determined, with the ability to handle objections and rejection positively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
