Duties/Pligte
- Assisting with the scheduling of participant visits to the Unit in line with outlined clinical requirements;
- Ensuring that all participant transport is booked according to the area grid in collaboration with the transport administrator;
- Ensuring that all bookings are evenly spread between clinical personnel;
- Familiarity with all Schedule of Events (SOE) of all protocols, and the ability to identify and eliminate potential bottlenecks in the participants¿ flow for all operational areas, i.e.:

- screening/enrollment,
- procedure room,
- medical officer consultation,
- pharmacy,
- wellness intervention (social worker).
- Consistently complying with established policies and procedures which promotes Good Clinical Practise in the Conduct of Clinical Investigation;
- Developing and fostering positive staff morale and teamwork and being a positive role model.
- Hulpverlening met die skedulering van deelnemersbesoeke aan die Eenheid in ooreenstemming met uiteengesette kliniese vereistes;
- Verseker dat alle deelnemersvervoer volgens die area-rooster in samewerking met die vervoer administrateur gereël word;
- Verseker dat alle besprekings eweredig tussen kliniese personeel versprei word;
- Vertroud met alle skedules van gebeure (SOE) van alle protokolle, en die vermoë om potensiële knelpunte in die deelnemersvloei vir alle operasionele gebiede te identifiseer en uit te skakel, bv.:

- sifting/inskrywing,
- prosedure kamer,
- mediese beampte raadpleeg,
- apteek,
- welstandsintervensie (maatskaplike werker).
- Voldoen konsekwent aan gevestigde beleide en prosedures wat Goeie Kliniese Praktyke in die Uitvoering van Kliniese Ondersoek bevorder;
- Ontwikkel en bevorder positiewe personeelmoraal en spanwerk en wees 'n positiewe rolmodel.

Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
- General diploma in nursing;
- Relevant bachelor's degree if applicable;
- Registered membership with the South African Nursing Council (SANC);
- Four years' work experience within an clinical research environment.
- Algemene diploma in verpleegkunde;
- Tersaaklike b-graad indien van toepassing;
- Geregistreerde lidmaatskap by die Suid-Afrikaanse Raad op Verpleging (SANC);
- Vier jaar se werkservaring binne 'n kliniese navorsingsomgewing.
