PURPOSE

The main purpose of the role is to develop a framework that will provide financial analysis, support and guidance for long term strategy formation and key projects, to support and monitor performance of the business, generate in-depth analysis, insight and to support the business planning; forecasting processes and budget control efforts.

You will engage with the following stakeholders:

- Cost Centre Managers
- Product Managers
- Customers and Suppliers
- Lenders
- Senior Management & Executives
- ERP Providers
- SARS, PASA, Banks

Your key responsibilities include:

- Financial Management
- Along with the Head FP&A -oversee the Forecast revenue and expenditure of the group
- Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities
- Understand the profitability and growth drivers for the business and ensure that the key insights are well understood
- Prepare and oversee company scenario planning and long-term strategy planning
- Reporting and measurement of metrics related to planning and achievement of strategy
- Develop and build complex financial model to support commercial case opportunities
- Drive best practice, iterative improvement, and innovation at a strategic deployment level
- Provide input into Group budget, demonstrate cost awareness and control and report on revenue, costs and vol
