Responsible for binning of stock into the correct bin locations assigned to the stock on SAP once checked that the part number, description, quantity and the bin location corresponds with the paperwork
- Responsible to pick stock on correct documentation and ensuring the stock is picked correctly by making sure the part number, description, quantity is correct before handing the stock to the store man to check
- Store Maintenance and cleaning as well as general housekeeping
- Assist with perpetual stock counts on a daily basis
- Assist with bin audits on a weekly basis
- Assist with receiving of scrap batteries
- Ensuring that store procedures are followed at all times
- Ensuring that there is access control at all times in the store
- Assisting the store man with warranty/returns from customers
- Assisting with stock takes at all times
- Ensuring that there is document control on all documentation evolving stock (ISO)
- Ensuring that all bins location changes are approved by the store man and Regional Manager before making them
- Report all NIL picks to the Store man and Branch Manager
- Assisting with Inter-Branch Transfers
- Maintain Bin Accuracy of 100%
- Maintain Stock accuracy of 97%
- Assisting to maintain the overall image of the store
- Assisting the store man with Checking stock levels and store requirements
- Report all stock issues and queries to the store man and Branch Manager
- Any adhoc duties as required by the Company

**Required Skills**:

- sap : 4 to 5 years
- drivers skills : 3 to 4 years
- picking and packing stock : 4 to 5 years
- Inventory knowledge : 4 to 5 years
- Matric/Grade 12
- Attention to Detail, computer literate,
- Responsible for ensuring inventory is correctly and accurately received, processed, organized, and stored.
- Package, scan, and prepare orders for delivery.
- Able to lift weights in excess of 20kg’s repetitively.
- With an unendorsed code A and EB Licence and of sober habits.
