Your key** job** responsibilities as the **Compliance Manager **in **Johannesburg** will include:

- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures specific to the **iGaming **industry in South Africa
- Provide regular training and updates to all employees on compliance and legal issues
- Monitor changes in legislation and assess the impact on the company’s operations in the **iGaming **industry
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Investigate and resolve any compliance-related issues or disputes
- Provide legal advice and support on commercial contracts and other legal matters
- Represent the company in legal and regulatory matters specific to the **iGaming **industry, including appearing in court or attending regulatory hearings
- Maintain accurate records of all legal and compliance activities and decisions
- Liaise with external legal and compliance experts as needed in the **iGaming **industry
- Develop and maintain relationships with relevant regulatory bodies and industry organisations

Requirements for this **Compliance Manager** **job** in **Johannesburg**:

- A law degree and admission to the bar or equivalent professional qualification
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations specific to the **iGaming **industry in South Africa
- Several years of experience in a legal and compliance role in the **iGaming **industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and provide practical and commercial legal advice in the **iGaming industry**:
