As we expand our services, we are looking for a dedicated Rehabilitation Coordination Administrator to support our Rehabilitation Coordinator and ensure the efficient management of administrative tasks.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Rehabilitation Coordination Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the Rehabilitation Coordinator, assisting with administrative duties that facilitate patient care and ensure smooth coordination between patients, General Practitioners (GPs), and Allied Service Providers (ASPs). This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a supportive capacity, and is committed to enhancing the quality of patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the administrative point of contact for patients, GPs, and ASPs, ensuring all queries are addressed efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual appointments for patients and the Rehabilitation Coordinator.
- Support the referral process by managing documentation and ensuring accurate patient records are maintained.
- Monitor and update the Rehab Management Platform (RMP) with patient progress and activities as directed by the Rehabilitation Coordinator.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining an up-to-date library of accessible services and community resources.
- Manage in-app communications and assist patients with navigating the platform.
- Prepare reports and track administrative metrics to support the Rehabilitation Coordinator in optimizing workflows.

**Qualifications and Key Skills/Attributes**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and proficiency in a second South African language (Xhosa/Zulu/Afrikaans) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and Google Drive.
- Familiarity with digital health platforms and patient management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively and support a multidisciplinary team.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to take initiative.
