We are a leading technology company specializing in both IT and OT Security. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Software Technician with expertise in VMWare and RHEL 7 to join our dynamic team.

**Position Overview**:
As a Software Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our virtualized environments using VMWare technologies. This position requires in-depth knowledge of VMWare virtualization and experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7 systems.

**Responsibilities**:
Install, configure, and maintain VMWare virtual infrastructure.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to VMWare environments.

Collaborate with the IT team to deploy and manage virtual machines.

Implement and maintain RHEL 7 systems.

Ensure security and compliance standards are met within VMWare and RHEL environments.

Document configurations, processes, and procedures related to VMWare and RHEL systems.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience working with VMWare technologies (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).

Strong understanding of virtualization concepts and best practices.

Hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7 administration.

Familiarity with networking, storage, and server technologies.

Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Relevant certifications**:VMWare & RHEL 7** required.
