**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct wine tastings for customers, providing detailed information on wine profiles, regions, and food pairings.
- Develop and maintain a list of high-value clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, assisting with wine selection, purchase, and any inquiries they may have.
- Work closely with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Keep up-to-date with current wine trends and industry news to effectively educate and inform clients.
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Assist in maintaining the store’s visual appearance and merchandising, ensuring an inviting and organized environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including inventory management and support for store events.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the wine or hospitality industry.
- Extensive knowledge of wine, including regions, varietals, and food pairings.
- Wine certification, such as WSET, CMS, or similar, is strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate customers on wine topics.
- Strong sales skills, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Flexible schedule, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, providing support and assistance as needed.
- High level of professionalism and a strong commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.

**Salary: R 20 000 - R 30 000 CTC p/m
