**Job Description**:
**Background**:
The client is a global key player in the beverage industry and has a long history of association with NIQ. CI has launched its newly developed Consumption Moments (CM) product with them. Consumption Moment is a future-ready, tech-enabled, and “Always On” tool to track consumption “as and when” it happens and with accuracy. The other agencies' traditional methodologies to measure consumption rely on respondents' memory; hence, they are inaccurate, inconsistent, boring, and lack depth. These limitations of the conventional tools make Consumption Moments an ideal choice for the clients.

**The Project**:
Consumption Moments(CM) project involves a multi-country design covering 6+ markets globally across LATAM, North America, Europe, and Asia. Last year we completed the three months pilot of the study in 5 markets. After looking at the product's efficacy and tool, the client has decided to proceed with the full launch of the survey. There are 12+ markets where we are planning to launch the lite version from next year. This survey is critical for the CI; with its intended full scope, it would attain the status of the most significant project for CI. It is an ongoing venture, and the client has initially signed the contract for 18 months.

**The Role**:
The Regional Research Leader-South Africa & South Korea is one of the most critical roles for this project. This role is responsible for project design and customization according to requirements of the markets (South Korea & South Africa), being a single point of contact (SPOC) for the client at the regional level. The Regional Research Leader will also be part of regional and global forums where strategic and project execution matters are discussed on regular basis.

**Responsibilities of the Role**:
The Regional Research Leader will design, monitor, analyze, and report insights from the project. This role will be responsible for working closely with local NIQ commercial teams to address any client issues, answer questions on methodology/data, generate insights that would strengthen the client’s in-market strategy and conduct regular workshops. In addition, the regional research leader will coordinate with the CI operations team to ensure that deliverables are available to the client as per the committed schedule. The Regional Research Leader will also guide data structure design, develop weighting schemes, build quality checks, and carry out basic and advanced analysis on recruitment and in-moment data. Finally, the Regional Research Leader will communicate with the project leader and CI leadership team (as and when needed) if additional help is required to keep things on track.

- Defining right study sampling frame and target group
- Methodology customization (Online v/s Offline)
- Sample size & quotas to suitably deliver metrics with the required granularity
- Sampling approach specific to market
- In-moment methodology adaption
- Questionnaire design
- Developing the RMS brand engine
- Local market customization
- Supervising the Execution
- Briefing operations team
- Co-ordinating with operations for the timely panel set up
- Link testing
