**Job Summary**:
**IT Project Manager**

As a IT Project Manager, you will be at the helm of project planning, execution, and successful delivery. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that projects meet or exceed client expectations and are completed on time and within budget.
- **Education and Experience**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field Plus
- A Bachelor's degree /Advanced Diploma/ Postgraduate Diploma in project management
- A minimum of 5 years of Project management experience preferred
- **Duties/Responsibilities**:_
- Defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Leading cross-functional project teams and fostering collaboration.
- Reporting project progress to stakeholders and addressing issues as they arise.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Enforcing adherence to project management best practices and stand
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Information Technology systems projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Allocate resources, both human and material, effectively to ensure project success, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, technicians, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project timelines or deliverables, and implement strategies to address them effectively.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on key metrics to stakeholders, providing regular updates and escalation of issues as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, motivating and supporting team members to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.
- Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to evaluate project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
- Stay informed of emerging trends and technologies in Information Technology systems, and incorporate them into project strategies and solutions to drive innovation and success.

**Salary**: R29 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
