Process products and/or oversee the packaging process.

Have 2-3 years manufacturing experience in fast moving consumable products.

Leading a team and motivating team in reaching daily targets

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF 4
- Business English: Fluent
- Computer literacy (Intermediate)
- Work shifts/weekends/public holidays

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Ensure quality assurance**
- Control inputs and outputs of the manufacturing and/or packaging proce
- Ensure good manufacturing practices (GMP) are in place
- Maintain good housekeeping (5S)

**Conduct first-line maintenance and inspections**
- Ensure correct use of equipment

**Manufacture and process product**
- Follow correct standard operating procedure (SOP)
- Ensure correct cleaning in place (CIP)

**Manage staff**
- Ensure optimal utilisation of staff
- Train and develop staff
- Conduct meetings and ensure effective communication to all
- Liaise and communicate with management in all departments
- Provide leadership and training to staff members within the department
- Set objectives, manage and measure performance of team
