Contracts Administrator

**Job Purpose**:
Post tender award contract administration and contract price adjustment payments or deductions.
**Key Responsibility Areas**:
Assumes responsibility for cost price adjustment.
Assumes responsibility for contract data capturing.
Verifies validity of statistics.
Undertakes general administration duties i.e. authorise and submit completion certificates for
closure of contracts, supervising the maintenance of contract files, updating LP Gas Cylinder
records.
Undertake related assignments.
**Essential Requirements**:
Matric/Grade 12 plus relevant certificate accredited by SAQA.
2 Years relevant experience.
Computer Literacy.
**Preferred Requirements**:
Relevant 3 year tertiary qualification, i.e. Diploma or Degree.
3 Years relevant experience.
