A bit more about the Opportunity...:
**What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like**

You will be responsible for managing all transport-related queries and compiling manual transport lists. You will be responsible for transport app login creation and manage the transport booking apps and its data regarding new joiners, campaign movers and company leavers. You may need to readjust staff lists to ensure that drop-off areas are close to each other. You will share transport lists with the Operations Team and staff before pick-up and drop-off times begin.

You will be coordinating the staff at each pick-up time and drop-off and liaise with the Transport company. You will deal with complaints and report on efficiency and vehicle occupancy. Transport Data collation forms an integral part of your daily tasks. You will be responsible for collaborating with Transport Service Providers and vehicle drivers. Your other responsibilities will include improving the employees’ experience and actively looking for transport gaps and approach management with ideas and how to fill them.

You have excellent planning skills and will prioritize effectively on delivering business objectives. You meet deadlines, monitor activities, and manage your resources well. You take full responsibility for your actions, is solutions-based in resolving issues raised as well as making use of sound judgement in arriving at prompt decisions. You are credible and can present your case with confidence and maturity amongst senior and specialist stakeholders. Planning, organizing, and having a mindset that continuously strives for improvement is essential. Most importantly, you are a team player. You have 1-2 years BPO Contact Centre experience and great interpersonal skills. You have previous experience working in a Transport Co
- Ordinator role.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- You have 6-12 months previous experience working in a transport role.
- You are willing to work rotational shifts
- You have Matric (Grade 12 or Equivalent)
- You have 1-2 years BPO Contact Centre experience
- You are proficient in Microsoft
- You have great people skills
- You have problem solving skills and detail orientated
- You have effective communication skills
- You have effective written skills
- You have the ability and proficiency to plan, organize and have a continuous improving mindset
