You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
Acquiring new business

Implement sales strategies aligned to meet sales targets

Maintaining excellence in customer relations

Cold Call and generate leads

Excellent product knowledge

Effective customer service skills

Expert knowledge of sales territories and how to attract business

Analysis of market trends

Generate sales leads

Understand pricing, quotations and be able to generate such

Prepare reports and sales statics

Sales administration thereof

Must be dynamic and a people’s person

Be sales and customer orientated

Ability to achieve a marginal target

Be target driven, reaching monthly sales targets

Assist with stock take

Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects;
Maintaining customer satisfaction;
Meeting and exceeding sales targets;
Developing strong relationships with key accounts to maintain high level of service and client loyalty in building customer base (including face-to-face sales methods);
Calling on customers and servicing their needs;
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs and or promote our products;
Maintaining client records;
Staying up to date with the latest trends;
Monitoring market fluctuations, tendencies, and trends as well as following competitors activities;
Follow up on all leads received internally;

Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects

Developing strong relationships with key accounts to maintain high level of service and client loyalty in building customer base (including face-to-face sales methods)

Calling on customers and servicing their needs

Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs and or promote our products

Maintaining client records

Staying up to date with the latest trends

Monitoring market fluctuations, tendencies, and trends as well as following competitors’ activities

Follow up on all leads received internally

**Education**:
Matric

Diploma / Certificate (Sales)

Knowledge of extractor fans and the construction industry a must

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle

Please Note: Basic salary on offer + Commission

**Skills**:
Strong presentation skills

Demonstrating the ability to sell and maintain sales business

Advanced selling skills

Great negotiator

Sound organizational and interpersonal skills

Good command of Afrikaans & English language, both written and spoken

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Must be reliable

Must be a team player

Presentable and of sober habits

Strong organizational, operational and planning skills in a customer service and sales focused environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R14 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
