We are seeking a mid-level IT technician with a minimum of 3 years experience to join our team.

This is a mid-level position with a managed services provider of IT services with opportunity to grow.

Requirements for this position:

- Strong Windows troubleshooting knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge and experience in AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO's.
- Help Desk experience on logging and documenting work completed.
- Good time-keeping ability, with an understanding that IT is a critical aspect of business and is time sensitive.
- Good understanding of network troubleshooting including WiFi, Routers, Port Forwarding, Firewalls and Security.
- Provide 1st/2nd line support to customers.
- Good understanding of Office 365 management.
- Good grammar and writing skills.

You will also need to have previously completed an A+, N+ and MCSA/MCSE or have sufficient technical experience in a similar role.

A valid driver’s license is required, with _**reliable transport to work**_.

After initial probation period, performance incentives to be discussed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From R17,500.00 per month
